I was all about "Kilroy Was Here" and that concert was pretty much the high point of my elementary school existence. Since then, my musical tastes have grown and changed, but Styx will always have a special place in my heart. I came upon this website in a fit of nostalgia, and am infinitely glad I found it. Sometimes when I look at my childhood everything - even Styx - seems so normative, and it is incredibly heartening to know that it wasn't really so. Queer is everywhere! And that is fantastic! I have recently gotten into your bass playing on account of seeing the Pieces Of Eight concert DVD from Memphis a few years back. It made me go out and get Grand Illusion up to Kilroy. Musically speaking, I truly applaud your bass playing. It seems to fit in perfectly without getting in any body else's way. Much like my bass heroes: Jones, Deacon, Waters, Hamilton... We see you every summer in St. Louis and recently saw you on the Carnival Fascination Cruise in the Bahamas. We were both so excited to see you there with the band, and to be able to have you in our picture with the group.(we had the VIP meet and greet package) We will be at the concert in STL June 7th, and hope to see you there again.
