  Mr. Panozzo:
We are students researching the history of the HIV/AIDS epidemic planning to submit it into the National History Day competition. We have made to the regional competition, the second round, and are on our way to make it to the national competition, the final round. We are inquiring the possibility of interviewing you in any form convenient (email, etc.) in order to include an interview of a man of experience on this topic in our project. Being allowed to interview you on this matter and include it in a presentation would greatly increase needed awareness of HIV/AIDS in our large community and beyond. Thank you!

  Hi Chuck,
While I live in Aurora my heart and soul will always belong to Roseland. Like you and your brother, whom I used to see and play hockey with occasionally at Palmer Park and Mendel, Roseland was home and where I grew up. Any time I talk about where I grew up I always say the far south side of Chicago in a neighborhood called Roseland. I continue on to say you'd know my neighborhood because it's the neighborhood the group Styx is from whom I watched as a kid perform at Mendel's gym for various dances and Battle Of the Bands. My sister had you for art at Fenger. I appreciate the contributions you make for alternative lifestyles and support your efforts. Thanks for all you do.

Hi Chuck... God Bless You for having to go through HIV. Thank you for your voice. I have been a STYX fan for years. I hate to admit how many STYX songs I have learned playing in clubs in my younger days. "Fooling Yourself" is still one of my favorite songs ever. I saw you guys at The OMNI in Atlanta around 1980-81. You guys blew me away. Everybody was running on all cylinders. That was one of the best productions. I had the worst seats in the house and the audio was off the charts. I will never forget that drum solo. You were a lucky man to share music with your brother. He was a monster. The bottom was so tight and it just kicked. I am glad you still go out with the guys. I see the love in their eyes when you come out front. There is nothing better than love.... Take care, Tony Cooper

Hello Chuck. Im a 53 yr old male from middle Tn. I remember seeing you with styx on the Pieces of Eight tour and also was fortunate enough to meet you and John as you exited the Nashville Municiple auditorium on the Paradise Theatre tour. Both of you were the nicest guys to me. I was curious as to if there are any vids of you and the rest of the band in the early days when you played guitar instead of Bass? And also what made you switch from guitar to bass? Was this a decision of you or the band? I want to thank you for all that you do, Keep it up Thx , John
