Hey Chuck - was great to see you pop in at the Sturgis show in Harrisburg PA last Saturday. Crazy weather, huh? Too bad the crowd wasn't bigger, but flooding will keep some away... we really enjoyed the show, still sounding great. Thanks!

Hi, Chuck. I've just got to know your story. I was navigating on Internet, from amazon to wikipedia, looking for Styx discography (I've already got most of your records but still wanted to check if there were news, some new album or whatever). So, one thing led to another and I ended here. All I can say is God bless you. May Him give to you many many years of good life. He will encourage you to keep the light on and hope alive. Take care and thanks a lot for the fantastic music all over these years!

Hello John, from an old fan of the band! I am proud to have been that kid against the concert wall during the early 80's Styx tours. I admire your statement, "My wish is to inspire others, gay or straight, to live a proud just life." I have two Mothers, two Mothers that have been together for 35 years. They have raised three children and are grandparents to several grandchildren. I remember being in Junior High and having sleepovers. I remember having to explain why my two Moms were sleeping in the same room. I also remember having to explain how my two Moms were able to have a child, my Sister, back in 1982! I look forward to a day when no teenager has to explain these things and when acceptance is universal! I admire your work and wish you the best!

  Hi Chuck.

I've been a fan of STYX since the early days ... I really admired the "robotic" style, which you've used onstage.

You guys were like the friends, whom I hadn't yet met.

May you continue to rock in this life, and also in the next.
Thank you for everything!

Thanks, Chuck for your life and sharing your heart! I am in the midst of major changes at the ripe old age of 55...I really want to do something meaningful with my life and make use of all my strengths in a good way. Reading your story has affected me a lot, so thanks so much. I wish you all the best and maybe someday you will come to Tacoma or Seattle...Woody

I grew up on Long Island, New York back in the 60/70s and was a closeted gwm because back the in was taboo in my town to even talk about being gay. I started playing drums afters I studied to be a professional ballet dancer who couldnt put up with the peer pressures when at the time was so overwelming for me to deal with. Progressive rock was then and still is the love of my life because it offer me escape and exceptenance of something new and different. Styxx as I recall were one of the first American born bands that contributed to this sound. Nothing but fond memories of those days and your music, now at the age of 52 I am a DJ sharing all those memories with everyone who comes in the club and making great new ones. Luv you Chuck.
