  Chuck,
I grew up with your music, and continue to listen to it on a consistent basis. That said, as a woman living with HIV for over a decade and an advocate/activist for HIV/AIDS (and often LGBT rights as well) I want to tell you what an inspiration you are. I would like to personally correspond with you, but I don't know how likely that is. That said - I wish you ALL the best and would LOVE to finally be able to see you perform live. If you are ever vacationing in the islands, you must let me take you to dinner (or a barbeque at the beach!)

Much love,

Kellie

  Hi Chuck
Huge Styx fan since Equinox. Never seen a live show yet though. Are you playing the St. Paul Minnesota show? I might have to go if you are. The set lists I have seen online look great. Would love to hear you on bass playing Castle Walls. Love the break where its all you. HA!

Chuck, I hope for you the best. I only wish there could be a reconciliation between Tommy, JY, and Dennis, so the REAL STYX could make another run. The world lost one of the best with John. STYX meant the world to me growing up in the 70's and always will. God Bless you.

  Chuck,
My wife and I and two of our kids went to Sunfest specifically to see Styx. What a treat it was to have Tommy Shaw intoduce you and to see you up on the stage for a few numbers.Keep up the good work you are doing for the gay community. Attitudes are slowly changing for the better. May God bless you.

Hey there Chuck! Thanks for setting this guestbook up so that we can communicate with you, you are very generous. I'm also a bassist, but I happen to have Limb-Girdle Muscular Dystrophy which is a disease that attacks the muscles. Due to my lack of strength I've had to reinvent myself as a bass player, but I feel that it has been a blessing in disguise since it has caused me to have to play in a unique way that sets me apart from other bassists. I just want to encourage every musician out there to continue pursuing their goals in spite of what life throws at them...
