That said, as a woman living with HIV for over a decade and an advocate/activist for HIV/AIDS (and often LGBT rights as well) I want to tell you what an inspiration you are. I would like to personally correspond with you, but I don't know how likely that is. That said - I wish you ALL the best and would LOVE to finally be able to see you perform live. Thanks for setting this guestbook up so that we can communicate with you, you are very generous. I'm also a bassist, but I happen to have Limb-Girdle Muscular Dystrophy which is a disease that attacks the muscles. Due to my lack of strength I've had to reinvent myself as a bass player, but I feel that it has been a blessing in disguise since it has caused me to have to play in a unique way that sets me apart from other bassists.
